The closer I get to my birthday the more I realize there are three possible outcomes to attempting to run 25mi.
- Run 25mi on 7/29 with No Issues
- Injure Myself Before Completing
- Cave & Run 25mi from 7/29/13- 7/28/14
This morning I woke up to my lower half throbbing, I only ran 2mi yesterday. I could be stubborn, pop some ibuprofen and be off, but that wouldn’t be the smartest thing I’ve done this week. Here’s a reminder about what my plan is/was and how its holding up. Better yet, how my body is holding up and what its able to withstand.
I’ve also been working on some core training with it being Summer and all ;) But more about that later.
